Friday:

  • 12:00 pm – 
    • Site opens for those who are helping with setup of list poles, pavilions, etc.
  • 4:00 pm – 
    • Site opens for everybody.
  • 6:00 pm –
    •  Baron Willowbourne provides burgers and hot dogs for whoever wants them! Come and enjoy the baron’s burgers!
  • 8:00 pm – 
    • Bardic fire
  • 10:00 pm — 
    • FRONT GATE CLOSES UNTIL 10:00 AM SATURDAY!! (NO ENTRY AFTER THIS TIME, but you CAN leave.)
Saturday:
  • 10:00 am — 
    • FRONT GATE OPENS (IF YOU’RE NOT ON SITE, DON’T PLAN TO ARRIVE BEFORE THIS!)
  • 11:00 am –
    •  Armor inspection
  • 11:30 am – 
    • Opening court of Her Grace Serena with Viceroy & Vicereine of Solumbria
  • 12:00 pm – 
    • Presentation of tournament entrants
  • 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm – 
    • ROYAL TOURNAMENT
  • 1:00 pm - 
    • Luncheon sideboard, free for any to partake.
  • 3:00 - 5:00 pm – 
    • Crafts & Trades fair
  • 3:00 - 5:00 pm – 
    • Field open for Harnischfechten and/or Bloßfechten
  • 5:30 - 6:30 pm – 
    • Royal Court of Prince & Princess, with Her Grace Serena
  • 7:30 pm – Feasting
  • 9:00 pm – 
    • Bardic fire
  • 10:00 pm — 
    • FRONT GATE CLOSES UNTIL 10:00 AM SUNDAY!! (NO ENTRY AFTER THIS TIME, but you CAN leave.)

Sunday:
  • 8:00 am – 
    • Wake-up call
  • 8:00 -11:00 am – 
    • packup and cleanup
  • 11:00 am – 
    • Site closes
